How to Search for Jobs

You can access the Job Search function by either clicking on “Job Search” under the Job Seekers drop-down in the top navigation of the Talent Community’s front page, or via the Job Search bar on the front page.

You can search for a specific job type by entering a job title, industry or company name. You can also perform a search based on a particular suburb, post code and if available, a region.

Various Talent Communities also offer the option to perform a job search based on an Industry drop-down list or an Opportunity Type that is relevant to the particular jobs available on that Talent Community.

Each Talent Community has additional search criteria via the Advanced Search function. This function allows you to curate your job search further by adjusting:

• the distance you are prepared to travel from a specific location via the “Distance from location (kms)” filter
• the length of the time a job has been posted via the “Posted since” filter
• the order that jobs are displayed via the “Sort results by” filter. You can sort results by of date, versus relevance to your job search.
