How to Join a Talent Pool

Various Talent Communities offer the ability for Job Seekers to join an Employer’s Talent Pool. To do this go to the Employer Profiles page on the Talent Community, click an employer of interest and then click on the “Join Talent Pool” button.

Some talent communities require job seekers to answer talent pool specific questions while joining them. In such cases, the join talent pool questions will appear after clicking on “Join Talent Pool” button. Required fields are marked by "*". When you finish filling the form, click on Submit. You can click Cancel to abort the joining the talent pool without capturing your answers.
