My Portfolio is a secure place on the Talent Community to store documents that are relevant to your job search.
- Sign into the Talent Community
- Go to your Member Dashboard. Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines next to your name).
- Click on “My Portfolio” to upload and manage:
- Resumes - you can save more than 1 version of your resume and then choose which one you want to make your AirCV (you can only have 1 AirCV at a time)
- Cover Letters
- Scans of your Identification or Work Eligibility documents
- Qualifications – such as Statement of Attainment, Certificates, Academic Transcripts
- Licences and Permits
- Referee details and Reference letters.
Note: When you upload a document, you can add an expiry date. You will receive an email notifying you when the document is approaching expiry and when it has expired.
