How to Manage your Password & Account Security

Password Reset

If you forget your password, click the “Sign in/Register” link, then click the “Forgot your password?” link. Follow the prompts to create a new password.

Change Password

You can change your password at any time via your Member Dashboard.

1. Sign in to the Talent Community, go to your Member Dashboard (click on the three horizontal lines next to your name)
2. Select “My Profile” and click the “Change Password” button
3. Follow the prompts to create a new password.

Enable Two-step Authentication

We recommend you enable two-step authentication, also known as multi-factor authentication, on your account to ensure you have the highest level of security.

1. Sign in to the Talent Community, go to your Member Dashboard (click on the three horizontal lines next to your name)
2. Select “My Profile” and select the “Enable Two-step Authentication” button
3. Download your preferred authenticator app, add a new account, then scan the QR code or enter the code manually to set up your account.
