Employer Groups let you bring your company’s hiring team together to collaborate on jobs, employer profiles and talent pools. On a paid Talent Community, members can also share the group creator’s subscription benefits.
Before you begin
Sign in to your Talent Community with an employer account.
Your Talent Community administrator must enable the Employer Groups feature before the Employer Groups tab appears.
A newly submitted group must receive administrator approval before you can invite colleagues.
1. Create your Employer Group
Open your Employer Dashboard.
Select the Employer Groups tab.
Choose the option to add an employer group.
Enter your company details:
Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
Company Name | Your company’s name |
Company Contact Phone | Your company’s contact number |
Company Logo | The logo to use for branding aggregated jobs and employer profile |
Company Website URL | Your company’s website address |
Job board URL | The address of your internal ATS job board. This is kept for future possible integrations. |
Submit the group for approval.
The Talent Community administrator will receive a notification and can approve, edit or reject your submission. Once approved, you become the Employer Group administrator.
Note: Providing a job board URL does not automatically set up job aggregation. Job spider setup is handled separately.
2. Invite colleagues
After your group is approved:
Open your group from the Employer Groups tab.
Use the member invitation function.
Enter your colleagues’ email addresses, separated by commas, and send the invitations.
What happens next depends on whether each colleague already has an account:
Existing Talent Community users: They are added to the group automatically and receive a notification.
New users: They receive an invitation email to create a password and join. Once they complete registration, they automatically join your Employer Group.
3. Create and manage your shared employer profile
When the group creator creates an employer profile, the following details are pre-populated from the group:
Company name
Company contact phone
Company logo
Company website URL
Review these details and complete the profile.
The created employer profile is assigned to all group members, allowing them to edit the profile and manage its talent pool.
4. Share subscription benefits
If the group creator subscribes to a plan in a paid Talent Community, the plan benefits are shared across all Employer Group members.
For example, any group member can use the shared monthly job posting quota. This is a group-wide allowance, not a separate quota for each member.
5. Edit or delete your group
Open the Employer Groups tab in your Employer Dashboard and select the group you want to manage.
To update company details: Use the group’s edit option and update the relevant information.
To delete the group: The group creator can use the delete option. Deleting the group removes all members from that Employer Group.
