By registering with a uWorkin powered Talent Community, you are able access these key features to help you attract and match talent to current and future vacancies:

• Manage the distribution of your job vacancy by positing it as an Exclusive Job. This means you job is only available to registered job seekers within your chosen Talent Community. You can update this status at any time and allow your job vacancy to be shared across the uWorkin network.
• Search AirCV’s to find registered job seekers who have the skills and experience you are looking for. This can be done via the Search AirCV function within our Empolyer Dashboard, or you can upload your Position Description or Job Advertisement and uWorkin’s safe and secure AI will match job seekers who have the skills, experience or qualifications you are looking for.
• Receive relevant news, communications and information about events from the administrators of the Talent Community.
• Start collating lists of searchable job seeker profiles (AirCV’s) within your General Talent Pool function.
• If available with the Talent Community platform you are using, set up an Employer Profile to promote your business. Highlight your Employment Value Proposition (EVP), add videos and link your active jobs to your profile. An Employer Profile will also allow job seekers to join your organisations Talent Pool, giving you a searchable cohort of job seekers who want to work for you.
