How to Print a Job Poster

Each Job on your Talent Community can be converted to a PDF Job Poster. The Job Poster displays the job details and provides a QR code that links to the job on your Talent Community. The Job Poster also displays your Talent Communities’ Logo or the logo the Employer provided when posting the job on your Talent Community.

Job Posters for all jobs can be accessed by any user of the Talent Community, via the job details page of any job.

Employers who have posted a job, can also access the Job Poster for their job via the employer Dashboard.

To print a Job Poster:

1. Find the required job using the search function on the front page of the Talent Community
2. Click on the “Print Job Poster” button. It’s an important feature for Administrators to know about as is a great promotional tool for events such as Job Fairs.
3. In some talent communities, a pop-up is displayed prompting the user to select either printing a one-page poster or all pages. If a one-pager posted is selected, the full job description can be viewed by scanning in QR code.
