How to view Job Seeker Applications and Selected AirCV’s

Job applications can be viewed via your Employer Dashboard.

Note: If an application URL is added to the job posting, applications are not available to view in the Talent Community.

To view your job applications, follow these steps;

1. Sign in to the Talent Community, go to your Member Dashboard and click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines next to your name).
2. Go to the Employer Dashboard to view your Job activity.
3. Each job you have posted will be listed.
4. You can view the Applications by clicking on the number under the “Applications” section. If there is a dash (-) displayed then you have no applications. If there is NA displayed then you have added an application URL and applications are not available to view in the Talent Community. If you can see a number, then this is the count of applications received (the number is clickable).

Note: The Employer Dashboard also enables you to view AirCV’s you have selected against each job. If there is a dash (-) displayed then you have not selected any AirCV’s. If you can see a number, then this is the count of the AirCV’s you have selected (the number is clickable).
