How to add Job Seekers to a Talent Pool

After following the Search AirCV steps above, you can then start to add job seekers to your Talent Pool.

1. On the Search AirCV’s page, select an AirCV to it to your “General Talent Pool” or add them directly to one of your live jobs posted on the Talent Community. 
2. If you have an Employer Profile you can also add them to your company’s Talent Pool.
