You can rank the Job Seekers who have applied to a live job as well as selected AirCV’s, via the Employer Dashboard.
- Sign in to the Talent Community, go to your Member Dashboard and click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines next to your name).
- Go to the Employer Dashboard to view your Job activity
- Click the Approved tab to see your live jobs
- Click on the hyper-linked number under Applications or under Selected AirCV’s
- If you click the hyper-linked number under Applications then you can rank applicants only
- If you click the hyper-linked number under Selected AirCV’s then you can rank applicants as well as selected AirCV’s.
- Click on the “Rank Talent” button
- You can use the simple filters to scale up and down the importance of each rank criteria
- The Applicants/Selected AirCV’s will be allocated an overall score of their “fit” for the live job. Against each applicant/selected AirCV you can see if the job is a good, fair or poor for the person and if the person is a good, fair or poor fit for the job
- You can then choose to Shortlist the Applicant or Archive Applicants/Selected AirCV’s
Note: Moving an Applicant to “Archive” does not send them a communication to let them know they have not been successful for the job. This should to be done via their email address or verbally.
