How to match talent with a Position Description or Job Advertisement

You can match talent to a Position Description or Job Advertisement via the tool available on the Search AirCV’s page.

1. Click on the “Search AirCV’s” icon on the front page or in the top navigation of the Talent Community home page.
2. Follow the prompts (you may be required to take extra actions to search AirCV’s depending on the Talent Community owner’s requirements).
3. At the top of the page, select the “Match talent to non-live job” link. This will open a popup with directions to upload the Position Description or Job Advertisement document.
