How to view candidates in the Talent Pool

If you have access to Search AirCV, you can see Talent Pool tab in Employer Dashboard.

1. Go to Employer Dashboard (From the side menu)
2. Click on Talent Pool tab.

OR

1. Click on Talent Pool link under Employer drop down in the top navigation bar.

There are 3 types of Talent Pools:

1. General Talent Pool: This is the personal talent pool. It is private.
2. Employer Talent Pool: This is a shared talent pool among all employer group users. It is associated with an Employer Profile that you created or can manage.
3. Custom Talent Pool: This is a shared or private talent pool that can be created and managed by employers. This helps employers to categorise candidates in different talent pools based on the business needs.
