How to Manage Custom Talent Pools

A Custom Talent Pools is a tool that allows employers to categorise job seekers into different Talent Pools based on recruitment needs. For example, employers can create separate Talent Pool per role, project, department or sector.

How to create a custom Talent Pool:

1. Navigate to Employer Dashboard
2. Open Talent Pools
3. Click on Create a Talent Pool
4. Enter the pool name and decide whether the pool is private or shared
   1. Private talent pool can only be viewed by the user
   2. Shared talent pool can be viewed and managed by all users under the Employer Group
5. Click Create.

How to add an AirCV to a Custom Talent Pool

1. Navigate to Search AirCV from Employer Dashboard or Employer menu
2. Perform Search AirCV
3. Click on Actions -> Add AirCV to Talent Pool
4. Select a talent pool from the drop down, and click on Select Talent Pool.

How to delete a Custom Talent Pool

1. Navigate to Employer Dashboard
2. Open Talent Pools
3. Locate a talent pool, and click on Delete Talent Pool
4. Deleting a talent pool will move all shortlisted AirCVs to General Talent Pool. Clicking Yes will delete the talent pool. Clicking No will abort the deletion.
